Alright ladies! Are you ready to take an active role in your own health and the health of your loved ones? If so, then take the Pledge for Better Health. GE & Better Homes and Garden have teamed up to help you taking a pledge to better health. When you take the pledge, you are taking the first step to improving you and when you take care of you, you are taking care of your family.
There are also tons of great 30 minutes recipes, 10 easy exercises to get you moving, a way to share healthy ideas with others, and 20 kid-friendly veggies that your kids are sure to eat! As a mom, I am always looking for kid-friendly veggies that my boys will eat. My oldest son will try anything and most of the time he likes what he trys. Now, my youngest son is the picky eater that has a hard time trying new things. If you can get him to taste it, then most of the time he likes it. There are the rare occasions that he says something is good, but when you ask him if he wants more, he shrugs his nose up. So much for trying, right? So, I just took my pledge to drink more water and drop some of the pounds. You can view my pledge here.
GE has provided me with a $20 gift card to giveaway to 1 lucky reader.
Giveaway will begin today and end on April 23rd. Winner will be announced April 24th and will have 48 hours to get back to me with their information. An email will be sent to the winner notifying them of their winnings.
